At Ghaffar Dental Care, we created our plan with people who want to come in often and have their preventative dental treatment covered so they can relax. The dental health evaluation, which you will have to pay for, will include your dentist’s professional suggestion for the best dental plan for your requirements. Just fill out the DPAS authorization and Direct Debit mandate forms, together with the registration form, and you are good to go. You will be required to pay an initial registration cost of £10 per person to DPAS, which will be included in your first Direct Debit payment, in addition to your first monthly payment.

After you enrol, you will have three months to begin utilizing the plan. One year is the bare minimum for this plan’s membership requirements. No matter how often you visit the clinic, if you decide to terminate your membership during this time, you will still be responsible for paying for the months that still owe. Just give us one month’s notice after the first twelve months if you want to terminate your subscription. There is a global dental emergency hotline that you may call at any time, day or night, and they will try to connect you with a dentist.
